• For online software service subscriptions, you may cancel within 4 hours of payment for a full refund.

• If eligible, your payment will be refunded during our business hours (Monday-Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM).
• Full refund if work has not yet started or no milestones have been completed.

• No refund will be provided once the project has been completed or if a major milestone has been delivered and accepted by the client.
• Full refund if there is a technical issue on our end that prevents the software from functioning as advertised, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable period.
• No refund for service cancellations due to reasons unrelated to our platform (e.g., user error, change of mind, etc.).
We only offer exchanges for online services and software in cases where:
1 The service delivered was defective or incorrect.
2 The product was inaccessible due to a system error on our platform.
3 The service did not match the specifications agreed upon.
